‘HANMAC’ to Sponsor the Busan International Film Festival Again This Year

Premium lager beer ‘HANMAC’ will once again serve as an official sponsor of the Busan International Film Festival, marking its second consecutive year of sponsorship.

The Busan International Film Festival will take place from October 6 to 15 at and around the Busan Cinema Center. HANMAC will participate in major official programs, including the opening and closing ceremony receptions, the ‘Night of Vision’ awards ceremony, the ‘AjuDamDam’ talk show where filmmakers and audiences interact, and the ‘Wide Angle Party,’ an event for independent film networking.

HANMAC will also operate a brand experience space called ‘Smooth Lounge’ at the Busan Cinema Center. Visitors can enjoy HANMAC draft beer and ‘HANMAC Extra Creamy Draft Can’ products. The lounge will also feature a relaxation area and photo booth. During the festival, HANMAC will offer a package consisting of draft beer and caramel-salt popcorn.

Before the festival opens, HANMAC will hold a consumer event using QR codes on its canned products. Winners selected through a raffle will receive a travel package combining admission to the Busan International Film Festival with a trip to Busan.

HANMAC will also collaborate with local businesses in Busan. In Jeonpo-dong, it will run the ‘HANMAC Masil’ promotion, pairing Han맥 draft beer with signature dishes from local restaurants. Outdoor advertisements will also be displayed in Haeundae and Gwangalli.
